my hair was dyed yellow when it was supposed to be blonde....I didn't want anyone else touching my hair there. The corporate office would not refund my money at all. said it was their policy. come to find out when my hair was being fixed my stylist took pictures of the random splotches of color at which I was not informed about. they suck n if you don't like what they've done to your hair and you don't want them touching your hair again, beware~~you wont get refunded. horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
This salon is trendy with many talented stylists. I watched a buncha stylists work before going in and having the manager do my hair. Her name is Tracy. She was a lot of fun and did my hair just how I wanted it. She fixed my crazy hair and now I LOVE IT!! She did my color and highlights....my hair has never been this happy!!
