On Fri. June 3, 2011, Metro Van Lines first arrived to my apartment stating they couldn't find the loading dock. I told them exactly where the dock was, but then the driver stated to me on the phone "Good luck with your move. Have a nice day." then hung up. I immediately called the company to complain, only to be spoken to by a very nasty and unprofessional woman who would not give me her name....

This company will promise you one rate and is likely to double or treble it by the time they have half loaded the truck. Be very cautious. Do not own their own truck. Came with a Budget Rental truck.…
