They build c@!%!y homes.

He cut serious corners building my house. My porch rails are rotten because he did not use pressure treated lumber. He did not finish half of the bang list and did most of the repairs with cheaper methods than he agreed to. They are now called First View LLC. His partner is cheaper than he is.

If you want your money funnelled directly to the bank account of the owner, Lee Chepy is your man. If you like light and plumbing in your house maybe not the best company to do business with.
