Terrible company. Cleaning ladies work hard & treat the customers well. However, they are treated badly by the owners. I was overcharged for my house for 4 years. After talking to some acquaintances who also used The same Merry Maids franchise & who were paying less than me, but whose houses were over twice the size of mine, I took my business elsewhere.
