You get what you pay for but you really can't beat the price and proximity to the Naval base. The kitchen needs updating and lacks a garbage disposal and microwave. There are very few electrical outlets and no cable outlet in the bedroom, as should be expected with an apartment built in 1941. I just moved in on August 28, 2015 and I'm disgusted that they have roaches running all over the apartment. I've never had to deal with them living in any apartment. I'm breaking my lease and finding a roach free apartment.
