My wife took her purse in this store to be repaired. The strap had come loose. while there she asked them to reinforce the other side of the strap so it would not come loose. They said they would not advise it. They would not say why and treated her like she was an idot. Needless to say she left with her purse and got the repair and reinforcement completed at another store.
