Discovered I had a screw in my tire 25 minutes before closing today, a Sunday. Called in and spoke with Jeremy Gillespie who told me to bring it in and had me patched up and back on the road within 30 minutes. Had all 4 tires replaced by Merchants a few months ago as well. Amazing service both times!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I called yesterday and asked if they would be able to do my state inspection today. They told me yes, as long as I got in really early. My wife called a day ahead of time to set up an oil change for 9:30 the next morning. I arrived several minutes early. They had no record of the appointment. I had to wait an hour for a simple oil change. I could have done it faster myself.I'm not happy with merchants and I won't be coming back.
