I don't know why I continue to give this place or any merchants a second chance .Only reason I can come up with is they are every where and locations are convenient .1st took a company vehicle in for brake pads nothing wrong with a truck that is 2 years old but they ended up scamming my company out if 1500.00 all I needed were BRAKE PADS .2nd Took my personal truck in for oil change and tire...

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I waited 3 hours for an oil change and an alignment - service that takes about an hour, 1.5 hours at the most at other places. The woman next to me was in there for 2.5 hours...

Car needs 4 tires mounted and balanced alignment. Car has been in since 8 am and at 12:30 pm they don't know how much longer it will be?Manager had to step in during tire quote because clerk was only quoting tires in stock, not tires available as verified on their web site.

Dropped off 4 wheels to get new tires mounted for my passenger car. Buy 2 get 2 deal requires you to buy their premium road service/ALIGNMENT package. $525 out the door for that. I bring the tires/wheels back home and mount them on the car and after replacing my struts, take the car back to get it aligned. After waiting an hour or so, dude tells me my camber is off. Says I need camber bolts in...
