This is the dealership and service center for Mercedes Benz in the Hampton Roads area. I have dealt with many dealerships and many of them are too cocky to do their job right. However, the MB service center has redeemed this car company's status. I have been very happy with their service and customer service skills every time I dealt with them. They also have a nice waiting area that are full of drinks and snacks while you're waiting. You never feel rushed and the service advisors always listen to all of your concerns... a very rare occurrence.
My experience at the Va Beach Benz dealership was excellent in every way. Ted Sharples’ customer friendly service was unmatched. I purchased my new 2013 GLK 350 Suv from Mercedes Benz and it was absolutely pleasant. Ted exceeded my expectations in explaining the features, pricing and service, options, etc. He was great.
Great Mercedes-Benz dealer, they support the local Mercedes-Benz Club chapter. Spent some time talking with the techs that work on the cars, and they care about the cars they work on, not just moving them through the shop. Nice dealership!
