Brought my Yukon to Meineke in Tappahannock for a clanking noise which I thought was the brakes. After a quick drive they found it was my U-joint. They also found I needed a new belt. They had the car fixed and ready within just a few hours including an oil change I threw in. Thanks for the quick accurate service.
I was impressed with their honesty that I asked them to give me a bid on the strut work (my tires had recently been replaced). They offered to do the work - with premium quality struts - for a much more reasonable $900. I gave them the business on the spot . As a courtesy, Meineke resurfaced my rotor and added low brake indicators for no extra charge. They also gave me a coupon for a free oil change.
My Suzuki XL7 A/C went out last week and even though my boyfriend is an ASE Certified Master Technician, simply adding Freon and making sure the Compressor was kicking on didn't help it at all. Since we don't own or have access to the necessary equipment to troubleshoot more, we didn't have much choice but to take it to a shop. I found a coupon for half off a thorough A/C Service, but it had JUST expired! I couldn't purchase it. So I called the Shop and talked to 2 really helpful men who both agreed they'd honor the coupon as long as I pay the store directly. No Problem!! They were able to schedule me in the same day. I was so glad! I had my boyfriend take the car down there that day and he waited for it, no longer than the predicted time they told me it would take (about an hour). My honey was really happy with their professionalism and the service, and that they were able to discuss the issues that were happening with the SUV. And best of all... they fixed it!! The A/C blows COLD again. And I really did get a great deal.
