issues with residents passing prescription drugs to other residents, reported to dept of social services, also issues with wound care--bandages not kept on patients properly and skin exposed, patients also leaving the facility without staff knowledge and going across the street to the VA hospital and staff go over there searching for the residents unannounced so as not to allow word to get out...
