I work with an elderly man & he's been in the hospital almost a month & came home & his cooling unit wasn't cooling right for about 3 days. This man Scott came out & fixed it also came in & talked to the elderly man & made his day. He was very nice & took care of the problem & showed me what he was doing. He cares about his job & the customer. Thanks Again Scott for a job well done.
