i have lived here 4 years and have not seen any improvements in the leaking pipes which can fall from the ceilings at any time. the wall paper in the lobby is falling and behind it it mold. mold is found in closets and walls around the a/c unit. in my 4 years i have witnessed dropping ceilings, exit lights hanging by the elec wires, dogs wetting in the lobby, emergency pull cord going off...

I have been living at these apartments for 3 years and I really enjoy living here. The management has changed and the new manager is wonderful. The staff all cares and would do whatever it takes to make sure the residents feel great about where they call home.

This community has fallen in management, quality, and appearance sharply. Management is not responsive to residents concerns or repairs. Complaints and safety concerns are ignored. Staff can become rude and abusive. Repair response requires continued calls to office and may taken as long as 1 month or more to be see any action.
