We were good and honest tenants for three years, adhering to the rules and regulations of the company. When we left, our deposit was refunded but we did not receive any interest accrued on that balance nor any statement to that effect. This is in direct contradiction to the Code of Virginia as stated in their own lease... agreement.

These people are liars and cheats. They took an application and fee for an townhouse and told me that if they couldn't get a hold of our landlord from 3 years ago, it wouldn't be an issue. I specifically told them that I didn't have their contact information since they sold the place and moved. She assured me, "no problem, it won't matter." I can honestly say that when you rent from this company you will be going into a extremely clean and well maintained location. They go above and beyond to make sure that every unit is perfect for the tenant!!!!
