The Assistant Manager answered all requests for service with complete indifference, or a little smart-alecky. May I have some ketchup, was answered with "It's right over there" said over the shoulder while walking away.

The chicken patty look like it's fried. It's tough as ever and it's thin like a cracker. I'm very upset with the quality of my food. I hope something can be done. It felt like I bit into a gummy bear.
