This McDonalds reaches a new low. Tried to order at the kiosk, but it couldn’t process the payment end it said to take your receipt to the cashier. Do not go to this location!! The workers are so slow and rude - takes forever I'm the drive through and the employees make you feel as if you are bothering them. 3 people in the drive through line...

Worst mcdonalds I ever visited. Doors locked 9pm. One man running business front checkout drive through. And cooking..this person out of control. Multiple customers turned away and drive through backed up with no help. When food came drys burned.

We stopped for coffee at the Colonial Heights VA and it was terrific. We also got a Diet Coke and was cheerfully given a choice of cups any size for a dollar!
