McCrea installed 2 Trane furnaces in my new home 4.5 years ago for a builder. I have had service on one unit two times, one as recently as 35 days ago - but it is still not working. They tell me that I need to pay for another service call because it has been over 30 days - but they never fixed it when they were here before. Very dissapointed - have left 5 messages, but no call back.
