McCarthy Glass Co Inc in Lynn is an excellent service. They were very helpful and delivered grade A quality glass and customer service. I will be using McCarthy Glass for all fuure repairs and installations!

McCarthy Glass Co Inc in Lynn is unprofessional. Charged me for services they didn't perform, poorly packaged glass which broke immediately after they handed it to me. Their response? Basically tough luck. Customer beware!

The offices are smoke-filled (is that legal?) and the customer service is really bad. Used them twice, regretted it each time. Never again. The latest time they charged me for a service they didn't perform, blamed me for damage they did to my property and told me tough luck (basically) when I complained. I don't usually write web reviews, but am this time to help people avoid the trouble I had.
