This was formerly my go-to to gun shop, however recently service has become nonexistent. On two separate occasions I went in with only a few other people in the shop and I waited 45 minutes for no one to even attempt to help me. I then proceeded to leave, after hearing the same story from several other people who have been waiting even longer.

Very rude ... I should have know when I initially called and was spoke down too by the person who answered the phone ... you lost my business from the initial contact.

I have occasionally shopped at McBrides for many years. They have a huge inventory of firearms, both old, used, and new, which is my interest. Rare firearms are also there. The only knocks against the place, is they only have had one gunsmith, who is backlogged for months, and some of the salesman …
