It was just a good feeling when I walked in the door. Although Mike(the owner) was helping someone else, he immediately acknowledged me. I drove for 50 minutes just to have my Viking serviced. Mike made me feel like I was important and that my sewing machine was also important to him. I know it is in good hands and will be serviced properly.

I moved from another state a couple of years ago. I researched sever shops, but the one I found to be not only the most reasonable, but also the mostknowledgeable was McKinney Sew and Vac of Greensboro. Mike is easy to work with and is always willing to share his knowledge. I have 5 machines ranging from a 1949 to a computerized sewing/embroidery machine, I purchased two of them from McKinney Sew and Vac. I am more than confident that all of them can be maintained & serviced by them! I recommend McKinney's to everyone in my sewing & embroidery groups, and I know that they will be treated...
