Went to McDonald's for Saturday night dinner went thru drive thru and got home. My husband double quarter was raw inside of it. My quarter pounder was raw inside. just mcdonalds but the staff makes this one they go out of ther way to help you and are so friendly .
I am so disappointed in this restaurant. The town joke is how they never get your order correct, close early and the dining area is never clean.
Last night was the clincher. We get home with our drive thru order and were disgusted to see...undercooked burgers and missing fries. This order was made at approximately 9:15 pm.

Michael the Manager, Jeremy and the wait staff, even the custodian at the King George Va. McDonalds, were all great. Personable, attentive and conversant. We'd come in after long hours on the road and they were engaging and pleasant even though it was busy. It...was clean, the food was good and it was a nice place to stop.
The Cashiers are very rude and Nasty and Management doesnt care...I have said something several times about Customer service to management and got the blow off...
