Have eaten there OFF and on for ten years.
This is where Time & Motion Studies come to die, beyond slow, travelers stoping for coffee just leave. Who is in charge there? Never figured it out. Staff unprofessional and unkempt. Seems like if you are the only game on 13 with the national draw of McD you'll always make money.

Horrible! Dirty! And the only good thing they have left was served cold, the fries! Don't stop!
It give all of the other McDonald's a bad name!

Sweet Tea

The service was Ok . But they had no idea what sweet tea even was !!!!! It was a sad day to be offered hot tea and some ice LOL !!!

Unprofessional. Hygiene issues

A customer put her baby on the counter when placing her order and waiting for food. The baby's diaper and feet were on the counter. The baby coughed and drooled on the surfaces. Manager seemed unaware of basic hygiene issues.
Staff needs retraining.
