Living a mere 2 miles from this location, I have spent a small fortune at this location in the last 15 years- however-I learned today-4/2/2011-that customer loyalty means nothing! When I returned a dead blueberry bush for credit; they looked up my Rewards receipt-only to tell me my warranty (purchase date 3/6/2010) had expired by 3 weeks!
