I called. Got Quote. Paid Deposit. Nothing. Was postponed 4 times to do the work. No shows. Awful service. It's been a month and they now haven't returned my emails or calls. Nothing. Do yourself a favor and find a company that will actually do the work they said before you pay them!

Very responsive and extremely nice people to work with. I had multiple quotes from various contractors to rebuild my deck/porch and McClanahan was easily the best choice for the cost of the project.

Great experience getting the quote. Steve was quite knowledgeable and spoke to me like I was an adult. He patiently answered all my questions and made a suggestion that gave me a larger deck at the same price. Unforeseen circumstances delayed the build slightly but they work hard to get everything done within my time frame. I would definitely use them again.

They built a deck that was not per the contract and will not pass the inspection from the city building department. They now will not return my calls or e-mails even after promising to make it right and complete the job. Could not be more disappointed since they have the money and I am left with a big expensive problem. I did my part and they let me down.
