Help us make it rightMcCarson's appliances did not have very good quality appliances and the rates were undesirable. The store itself seemed like a wreck. I then went to WNC Appliance on Shiloh Road just off of Hendersonville Road
and found some great deals and everything looks clean and new and the staff was very helpful.
Don't buy here. A long time ago they were a great deal with good quality. When Mr. McCarson died the service went with him. I bought a stove and refrigerator there when I moved into my new place. They were supposed to be delivered in 2 days. That ended up being 1 week later. Then after 2 more weeks my refrigerator stopped working. I called and they said I had 3 days left on my warranty. ...
It was a mistake to buy appliances from this place. They give you a verbal warranty that if something goes wrong within 30 days they will try to fix it and if they can't fix it, you can exchange it for another machine. When they delivered the dryer they sat out in the parking lot for 45 minutes installing a new plug on it. They left without hooking it up because they were missing a piece and...
These people say they offer a 30-day warranty but fail to mention that this warranty does not include refunds, so when something quits working after 14 days you are responsible for having it hauled back to them and then having to haul it back home so that it might work for another 14 days and then your warranty is dead. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!
