I lived ther for one year and t was excellent until the rodent problem began. In the course of about four months my roommate and I spotted and killed at least 20 mice. Man finance did minimal but most was left up to us. They tried to remove the mice without killing them but this was not solving the problem. Now 2 years later I have friends that live there and they have a similar mouse problem....
