My husband and I went into the Mattress Warehouse located at Central Park in Dec. 2011, we purchased a Serta Icomfort Revolution mattress and a twin mattress for our day bed. During the purchase of our Serta Icomfort we were told that we had a money back guarantee and if it was not the right mattress for us we could come back and either re select or get a refund. .

I ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago at Mattress Warehouse in Fredericksburg, VA. They have set up delivery 3 times and all 3 times they have not delivered and said that they didnt know why it was not on the delivery sheet. Quit messing around with them.

If you paid by credit or debit card, call the issuing bank and initiate a chargeback. That will get the ball rolling pretty quickly. It does not take 3 weeks to issue a refund, it takes about 5 minutes.
