customer service put me on hold too long and I finally just gave up. The parts person was not too helpful and i think they disconnected me. Also charge a low order fee....find another place if you can.

Company charged me a restockng fee after sending out the wrong part! I called to return the part and I was told that I would have to pay to ship it back and pay to have another part shipped out! broken operation

Checked on-line for inventory of an item they showed in stock. They had the item so I ordered it on-line. It wasn't in stock and was on back order. Called customer service and they said I would have to wait for the part or my refund 7 days. After two of my on-line orders have gone bad, I am done with these slobs. Bad experience. The on-line inventory was wrong. This is a broken operation.

Don't bother with this business.  We tried ordering from this company a few times and each experience ended badly.  Parts are never available as listed online or parts are on "back order" for some reason.  Then, we had to wait days for a refund.  Bad business practices!!
