Worst company ever !!! Lousy policies , I just send everything back to them and put a stop on my credit card to dispute the charges .Terrible customer service , I was told that by this woman Maureen Graham that they would give me my money back , and two days later she calls me saying that the part that I ordered is mine and they would not credit my account . DON`T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKS .
Found this company too difficult to get any support from. Part was not the correct part for my compressor and I had to purchase a second compressor because of it to finish my work. Need better customer support.
we ordered parts through this company and it took FOREVER for the parts to come in...and we had to call to find out. the excuse was that the parts were always on back order with the supplier or manufacturer. we'll go someone else for our next order of parts.
Checked on-line for inventory of an item they showed in stock. They had the item so I ordered it on-line. It wasn't in stock and was on back order. Called customer service and they said I would have to wait for the part or my refund 7 days. After two of my on-line orders have gone bad, I am done with these slobs. Bad experience. The on-line inventory was wrong. This is a broken operation.

This company was terrible at customer service. I must have called this place at least 3 times to try to get through to a person to find out where my parts were at!!! I got through one time and I was disconnected! I will not use them…
Not open on weekends...not even half a day on saturday??? not good for customers!
Took my saw into this repair shop to be fixed and they had it for a month! It shouldn't take so long to fix a small problem with any tool for that matter. I will look for another shop next time.
