Essentially he pulled a bait & switch. Gave quote for replacing drywall that had water damage halfway through the job I noticed he was just plastering over. When I inquired about him replacing the drywall he stated it was at his discretion if it needed replacement and refused to adjust the price. Had good ratings on other site may work well if he knows he's going to be reviewed otherwise...
