I have had several excellent experiences at Massage Envy on Oberlin. I have found the front desk ladies to be very helpful and kind. Most of the masseurs I have used were great. I only had one somewhat negative experience where the therapist focused too much on one area and did not allow time for a true full body massage. I love having a membership; it makes a monthly massage affordable.
I went to this location really hoping to relieve my extremely tight muscles. I left dissapointed. My therapist did not warm the muscles before doing compressions and trigger point therapy...It was not a pleasant experience. Pressure and flow was off...At one point, it felt she was even massaging me with one hand....She did not seem to be into what she was doing at all nor very educated on the...
Joined for 3 months. Great pressure to tip heavily. 3 massages so far and last massage therapist had a tip sign in his room that said you should tip from $15-$25 for a good massage. Out of principle I do not like being told what to tip in any situation-very low class! The $39 massage is really a $60 massage with tip so really there is not a discount.
