This place is awful. I bought their annual plan and once they hook you, it's over. I can count 2 maybe 3 times I actually got my full hour, once they forced me to reschedule for being 6 minutes late and when I cancelled my membership they told me my last two credits expired. Nothing relaxing about this place. Too many other options to put up with that kind of hassle.
