This funeral home is THE WORST. Today they "forgot" to send a deacon to do a burial service. The tent, chairs, and mat were all down and ready for us, but no deacon. After a phone call, they advised that they might be able to have a deacon come out in an hour or 2. We were left to google a prayer and place the remains in the mausoleum on our own. They didn't even apologize.
