Worst service ever. Our insuranceCompany contracted them to repair our air conditioning September 3rd. We left multiple messages and called three times a day. Their only response was "we will have someone contact you to let you know when we can come out". No one ever called. Ever. We waited 6 days …

We placed our service request and were called back right away. Our tech Brian was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to pinpoint the problem and solve it right away. I highly recommend Mason's Heating and Cooling and will be calling them again for any future issues!

Grate company! I called Masons Heating & Cooling Inc. because I had no heat and someone was out to my house with in a hour. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. He did a number of test and found the problem. He had the part on his service van and had my unit back up and running in no time. I will definitely be using this company again.
