I almost don't want to recommend Marysia because it's already difficult to get in, but every time it's worth the wait. Full highlights + toner + cut + blowout for under $150 in NYC is incredible....

They always do a great job and take their time on hair. Very cheap--cant find anywhere else that does hair this well for 25 USD for a haircut. Highly recommend. They will also trim your bangs if...
