Horrible company!

I had used them for awhile and had noticed they would always leave something or another not done. They would leave the house without telling me and because of that I never had a chance to let them know things they had missed. When I would ask them to do things they missed (such as not cleaning the stovetop in my kitchen- pretty major) they would give me attitude and on one occasion I had to ask 4 times just to have it cleaned. When I asked for a reason, they replied to me that they just didn't feel like it. When I was moving into my new house, I was told that they would do a deep cleaning and would ensure that everything is thouroughly cleaned. Again, I noticed them not cleaning certain things that the owner had ensured me would be cleaned during our walk-through. When I told them about it they called the owner and he told me to not tell them what to do as they know how to do their job. They continued to speak to me with attitude and then I saw the cleaning ladies using my dining chairs to step on to clean my kitchen cabinets. When I asked them to not use the chairs and provided them a ladder, they just took off their shoes and again got on the dinning chairs. I asked them again to get off of the furniture and reminded them of the ladder I had provided (eventhough they advertise that they would have everything they need) and they said nothing to me, picked up their things and left with half of the house still needing to be cleaned. When I call the owner he spoke to me very rudely, non-apologetic and told me I could either reschedule or use someone else. I asked for him to come see the state of the house and he told me he was too busy to deal with it. I reminded him it was his duty to handle customer service and he said again that he was busy. This was the worst consumer experience of my life and nothing about this company is good. Bad quality cleaning/bad customer service.
