Mr. Brian Travis showed superb professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire project. He and his work crew showedup on time and completed the roofing job as specified in the contract. Crew arrived on time and worked like beavers; no idling. MHIM rep, Brian Travis, promptly returned calls and visited site whenever he was needed. Extra work to repair unanticipated damage was thoroughly explained and priced out before authorization was given. A third party contractor recommended by Mr. Travis did a commendable job.
