We bought a t shirt at VCU volleyball championships on Friday 11/22/13. When my daughter got shirt out to wear on Sunday, shirt had a hole in it. I contacted Martin's on Monday...nothing they could do. Was told that they "may" be able to swap it out but had to wait to see if any shirts left from the weekend, but not discount possible.
This is a Mickey Mouse operation!!!!!! Keep looking anyone else will do a better job for you.
