Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced!!! I called to find out about a service call, needed 2 appliances looked at. Was told would only be charged one price to pull in the driveway and would then be charged for any work that needed to be done..NOT TRUE! First repair man …

Has always been a part of the Struther business community. has fair prices, does small appliance repairs by carry in, most peiple with exception of me have goten all their appliabnces there.

I put a stove and ref. in layaway. On the first of Feburary I went to pay on my layaway and I noticed that all the appliances were missing from the store. I asked what going on?
I was told that the store was remodeling. I then paid on my layaway.
