DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. My elderly parents deposited $500 good faith check...then waited & waited. Continued to make contact with them week after week & kept being told to bring/fax one document after another in, "supposedly" awaiting appraisal/final loan approval. In the meantime, at their suggestion that it would expedite matters, went ahead and cleared/leveled land for home's...
