We are outraged! We were billed $1, 150.70 for the same model engine for our lawn tractor that Briggs and Stratton had on the internet for $507. Although we had requested an estimate before the work was done, we didn’t get one. (They claim we approved it.) It would have been cheaper to buy a new lawn tractor.

Over priced, under staffed. Went in for an inspection, they failed it and then when I brought it back they didn't even check to see if the work had even been done and slapped on a sticker. Now I feel like I should have it reinspected to see if they actually failed to find everything that might have been wrong with it.
