Friendly staff, got me in quickly. Doesn't change that the dentist was in a such a hurry that she cut my lip with the sickle probe and dropped a drill she was using on my cavities. Wouldn't return.
My appointment was rescheduled twice by the office, and when I did come in 15 minutes early for my appt. the office waiting room was nearly full. I wasn't called back to the exam room until another 15-20 minutes past the originally scheduled appt. time. Once I was finally back in the exam room, no one came to see me for about an hour, then they looked at me once, and left me for another 30 min....
Stellar front office and back office staff. My 14 year old daughter was very relaxed and impressed with their caring attitude and skilled techniques for cleaning , xrays and a quick, small filling. Just in the nick of time before school starts on Monday. I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of this dental practice.
