I would not recommend this builder. I have had to have my kitchen floor repaired several times by the builder due to it not being level and a multitude of squeaks and pops. Throughout the house there are many squeaks and pops in the flooring. Furthermore, two bedroom floors and the dining room floor are so far from being level its comical. If you put a ball on the floor it rolls down hill...
