As a warning to other consumers, I've had a terrible time with customer service at Meritme. The people on the phone are rude, and escalation stops at low levels. True managers are unavailable. be aware that you can not cancel the unlimited wash service unless you GO TO the autowash. they will not do it over the phone.

My Escaoe had been subject to the weather and nearby pine tree. With pine sap and bird droppings it still had spots that didn't come off on the wash.
