me and my husband have only lived here a few months but can't wait for the day to get out of here...there is always bugs in our aparments and trust me im clean...even on the day of our move in their was bugs in the closet and the carpet never even got cleaned...just not worth the trouble

I lived at Mariners Cove last year, and I wouldnt reccomend it to ANYONE... The Maintence is done POORLY..., carpet is nasty as well as everything else. Ive never seen so many cockroaches in my life, It is pretty bad when they have a Bug Man that will come every week to spray your house. The ceilings are poorly insulated, and Rent is too much for anyone, unless they are willing to split it...
