This would be a nice place to live if they did something with the parking. They need to work on improving it. There is NO place to park and I do feel like a prisoner. This complex would be great if you were paying less. Rent is too high for the apartment perks you get.
marina point is very nice but the parking is a nightmare. almost everyone has been towed at least once. not enough room for the residents who only have one car to park--we have to park on the grass. the grounds are very well kept and it is very quiet. chesapeake cop on site so feel safe.
