They explain the aspects of my dental procedures to me. The do not cancel appointments at thelast minute. They take time out of their day to telephone me to give reminders so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
