Don't be late to your appointment, they have no problem skipping over you for an hour to get back at you. Showed up about 10-15mins late rushing from my PT appointment in Middleboro. I spent about an hour waiting as I watched 3 patients skip over me for a simple, quick followup for my 3 yr old daughters legs.

The *average wait time* on here is GROSSLY exaggerated. Add an hour to that. and another half hour. She's rude, unprofessional and I wouldn't trust her with my birth control prescriptions let alone during a pregnancy. The entire office is a joke.

Have been 3 times and each time did have to wait but that is expected .Saw NP who spoke to me each time barely had conversation either Doctor. He was friendly enough cortisone shots are solutions to start with. Last visit he was a bit arrogant and made a off handed remark about people faking to collect workmans comp. Very unprofessional. Gave me a shot sent me on my way.

I love Dr. Allard! She has been my doctor since my early teens (I am now 30). I also love her receptionist Karen. They have always been very helpful and there when I need them. Dr. Allard has called after hours to check in on me if I had something going on and has even been a great listening ear when needed over the years. Now my son and fianc also go to her. Highly recommended!

I waited over an hour to be seen. No apology for the ridiculously long wait. When I was finally seen his demeanor was arrogant and curt. He barely looked up from whatever he was doing to answer my questions and then answered them like I was bothering him and in a condescending manner.
