Great new property! Very well-lit, clean, and quiet. The management and front office staff are VERY friendly and helpful, receptive to suggestions, and responsive to requests, and the maintenance staff quickly and professionally responded to a few items that are to be expected with any new construction.

I started my apartment search Jan, 2014....visited approximately 25 communities throughout the Hampton Roads area, but fell in love the minute I found Marcella @ Town Center! Moved in Mother's Day weekend.....love my 2 bedroom apartment!
Thanks to every single staff member (they are ALL my favorite)!!!! :-)

Marcella at Town Center is a beautiful place to live. Haley and Sam were amazing. I had been waiting to move in since September of 2013 and I am so glad to have such a great community manager in Haley. She took care of me way more than I could ever ask for. The apartments are very luxurious and have great amenities. Construction is not an issue at all. Noise is non existence. The maintenance...
