My apartment is huge and pretty even though it looks nothing like what I was shown. BUT from day one it had a horrible smell which I at first believed to be because it was new. The apartments community is great! The staff is friendly, the application process is simple, the location is ultra convenient to restaurants and shopping, and most importantly, the apartment features are great from top to bottom. Everything is updated, stainless steel, energy efficient, etc. The closet space is top notch. I have to say this is one of the best communities in the Hampton Roads...

Don't be fooled by the new construction and beautiful facade. The walls are thinner than any other apartment I have ever lived in. The traffic outside sounds as if you have your windows open when they are closed. It is truly sad and a poor decision.
